How do I register my product?
Every MAYUMI WORLD product ships with a serial-number card. Sign in, go to Account → Register a Product, and enter the serial code (or scan the QR on the card). Once verified, your warranty starts and reward points are added instantly.
How do reward points work?
You earn reward points by registering products, on your birthday, and for referrals. Each point is worth ₹1 and can be redeemed as a discount at checkout. Points already earned never expire or change if reward rates are updated.
What is the warranty period?
Warranty length varies by product (12–24 months) and begins on the day you register the product. You can view exact days remaining under Account → Warranty. Leaving a 5-star review may extend warranty on eligible products.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. Orders above ₹999 ship free. You can track your order live under Account → Orders.
Returns & refunds
Unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Reward points spent on a returned order are credited back to your account automatically.
